Cost-Effective Concrete Pumping Solution | Diesel Driven | Pakistan Project
For a grain silo construction project in Punjab, Pakistan, an HBTS50R diesel concrete pump was selected as a practical alternative to a boom pump. The solution provides the required pumping performance while helping control equipment investment for the project.
Project Overview
| Location | Punjab, Pakistan |
| Project | Grain Silo Construction |
| Equipment | HBTS50R Diesel Concrete Pump |
| Required Output | 50 m³/h |
| Drive Type | Diesel Engine |
| Delivery Pipeline | 100 m of 125 mm concrete delivery pipe |
| Building Height | Suitable for project buildings below 45 m |
| Application | Concrete pumping for grain silo construction |

Project Requirement
The customer needed an efficient concrete pumping solution for the grain silo project. A boom pump would involve a higher equipment cost, while the project did not require that level of mobility and reach.
HANZERO Solution
The HBTS50R diesel concrete pump was selected as a more cost-effective alternative. With a required output of 50 m³/h, diesel power and 100 m of 125 mm delivery pipeline, the pump is well suited to the project’s concrete placement requirements for buildings below 45 m.

Why a Trailer Concrete Pump?
For projects where concrete can be delivered through fixed pipelines, a trailer concrete pump can reduce equipment investment compared with a boom pump while still providing practical pumping capacity. Its diesel drive also makes it suitable for construction sites where electrical power supply may be limited.
Project Application
The pump is used to transfer concrete from the production area through the delivery pipeline to the required placement points of the grain silo project in Punjab.
