What is a Free-Foundation Concrete Batching Plant?
A free-foundation concrete batching plant adopts an integrated steel base structure, which replaces traditional concrete foundation. It can be installed quickly, reduces civil construction work, and is easy to relocate, making it an ideal solution for temporary or long-term projects.
The modular structural-steel base distributes equipment loads and can reduce the need for extensive conventional reinforced-concrete foundations where site conditions permit.
Engineering note: “Free-foundation” does not mean installation on untreated soil. Ground bearing capacity, leveling, drainage, wind loads, silo foundations and anchoring must be verified for each project.

1. Does a foundation-free batching plant require no ground preparation?
No. A level, stable and suitably prepared site is essential. Bearing capacity, drainage and any anchoring or slab requirements must be reviewed before installation.
2. Can a stationary foundation-free plant be relocated?
Its modular steel-base structure can simplify dismantling and relocation, although transport, reassembly and new-site engineering are still required.
3. Is a cement silo also foundation-free?
Not automatically. Horizontal and vertical silo configurations have different loads and stability requirements. The silo support and anchoring design must be confirmed separately.
4. What capacities are available?

5. How quickly can the plant be installed?
Installation time depends on plant size, site preparation, manpower, utilities and equipment scope. We can provide a project-specific estimate after technical review.
