Project Background
In 2017, a customer in Sri Lanka needed a practical concrete production and pumping solution for a project with relatively complex working conditions. The customer wanted to control the initial equipment investment while keeping the equipment flexible enough to move when the project location or working area changed.
Customer Requirement
Instead of investing in a fixed concrete batching plant and additional concrete transportation equipment, the customer required a compact solution that could produce concrete on site, move between working areas and pump concrete efficiently. Reducing civil foundation work and overall project setup cost was also an important consideration.
HANZERO Solution
The selected combination consisted of an BS30-10-56R diesel concrete pump with 100 meters of steel delivery pipe and a 4 m³/batch self-loading concrete mixer. The self-loading mixer integrates automatic loading, weighing, mixing and discharging functions, with an approximate productivity of 16 m³/h.
The diesel concrete pump provides a rated output of 30 m³/h and can be positioned according to the concrete placement requirement. Together, the two machines form a flexible concrete production and pumping solution for small and medium-sized projects.
Why This Combination Was Suitable
The key advantage of this solution is mobility. The equipment can be relocated according to project progress without building a permanent concrete batching plant foundation. The self-loading mixer combines several working processes in one machine, while the trailer pump handles concrete delivery to the required pouring position.
