Project Background
In 2019, as environmental policies in Pakistan encouraged the development and use of concrete blocks, a customer who had returned from the United States saw an opportunity in the changing construction-material market. After in-depth discussions with our team about the local market, production requirements and equipment configuration, the customer decided to invest in a concrete block factory in Punjab.
Initial Production Line – 2019
For the first-stage investment, the customer selected an 8S block making machine together with a 25 m³/h concrete batching plant. This combination provided a medium-capacity production solution for the Pakistan market and helped establish a complete concrete block production line.
Production Expansion – 2021
As the business developed, the customer expanded the factory in 2021 and worked with our team again. The upgraded production line adopted a 10S block making machine and a 50 m³/h concrete batching plant, increasing production capacity to support the growing business.
Long-Term Cooperation
From the initial investment to the later expansion, this project shows the value of matching equipment capacity with each stage of business development. The long-term cooperation also gave our team practical experience in block production line planning, equipment selection and capacity upgrades in Pakistan.
