Project Background
In 2018, the customer in Indonesia required a concrete batching plant to support a project with a relatively large concrete demand. Based on the required production volume and site conditions, our team recommended an HZS60 concrete batching plant with a belt-feeding aggregate system.
Customer Requirement
The project required stable concrete production and an efficient aggregate feeding process. To meet the customer’s demand, the plant was configured with belt feeding from the aggregate batching section to the weighing and mixing system, providing a practical solution for continuous concrete production.
Equipment Solution
The HZS60 batching plant was configured around a JS1000 concrete mixer and a 4-bin aggregate batching system with belt feeding. Separate weighing systems were provided for cement, water and additives, allowing the main materials to be measured before entering the mixing process.

Installation & Commissioning
After the equipment arrived at the project site in Indonesia, Chinese engineers provided on-site installation guidance. The batching plant was assembled and commissioned according to the project requirements, and the complete system was successfully handed over to the customer.
Project Result
The HZS60 concrete batching plant was successfully installed and delivered for the Indonesia project. The combination of the JS1000 mixer, belt-fed aggregate batching system, independent material weighing systems and automatic control provided the customer with a complete concrete production solution for its high concrete demand.
